Deposits:
In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit when renting both houses, and a $400.00 refundable damage deposit when renting one house. (This is refunded the day after check out if home is left in order as found).
Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.
Policies and Other Fees:
Lodging Tax: 11.5%
Heat Pool: $250.00 per week.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING
(NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 ARE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN EITHER HOUSE WITHOUT ADULTS PRESENT!!)
Cancellations and Refunds:
A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We strongly recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, not only from hurricanes, but other problems that may affect your vacation plans.
